请问方姐,有关买3房室

<P>买3房室(2bedroom, 2toilets)合算么? 年轻夫妻,主要是目前还没钱买大房,所以想买个小房先住着.但是又怕几年以后转不出去,因为很多人都在买4房或5房了. 而且现在得3房室房龄也已经20,30年了.担心会不会贬值?</P>
