关于PR的父母第一次来新的visa申请

想请问大家PR的父母如果是第一次来新加坡，需要先申请visa再换成SVP是吗？那VISA申请需要什么资料呢？大概需要多长时间呢？谢谢先。。。

never been this easy.<br>just download the application form at www.ica.gov.sg and prepare all the document required, <br>then go to ica morning and submit them, if the officer accept and nothing missed,  mostly  you can get the visa on the same day afternoon.<br><br>whether the visa is 30 days or 14 days, it is case by case. but i think there is no issue to renew the visa in SG..<br><br>hope it can help.<br><br>
