<P>U just go the the india high commition to apply for a tour visa.. It will take 2 weeks to get approval from New delhi.. Then you need to go back there to check after 2 or 3 weeks. If it's approved, the same day, in the afternoon, you will get the visa. For china passport, it is only single entry for 1 month, which is starting from the visa issue date, not the normal entry country date. You need to fill the form, some local contact information, etc. If you have PR, it will be easier to get approval. I just went to new delhi last Dec. Let me know if you have issues or question. </P>
<P>The india high committion is on the grange road, which is very close to orchard road.. </P>
<P>When you go to sumbit, here is some tips: remember go earlier to get the ticket #, then can go back to office, then go back after 1 or 2 hours to sumbit.. It's unbelievable slow and ineffecient.. It takes about 30 mins to just proceed 10 persons' application.. </P>
<P>If you can't wait, the better choice is finding a travel agent. They are more professional to handle all the details for you.. </P>
