<P>读经济啦，管理啦，还是市场啦，都挺迷糊的，现在读这类的人海了去了，我就有同学在加拿大读，是读的那个晕头转向啊。。。还是掌握一科技术比较实际，但在新加坡这个地方，经商是远远好过搞技术地！就先不说那个花红提成吧，光是轻松就令人羡慕了；衣着光鲜，开个小车，开开会，见见人，侃侃大山，怎么不好。。。</P>
<P>但是拿不到既定销售额就惨了。。。</P>

<P>个人认为，新加坡的人民冷漠指数已经达到了前所未有的高涨时期。</P>
<P>每个人自打生下来人生就已经被规划好了，并无二致，你没有什么期许，也没有任何惊喜，平平淡淡走完这一生，该干吗干吗，有什么必要了解别人的生活呢？反正大家的生活都一样。经商的只跟经商的有谈资，卖鸡饭的再富也只能讲讲鸡怎么做好吃。</P>
<P>各种族和谐无接触，各国移民安定无瓜葛，不打更不愿相识。窗子都安上了防护网，贼在外头自由畅快，好人全给关起来了。</P>

<P>从明年开始，不管你有没有com 的， 如果想直接上大学，都可以的， 就是去申请DEFER OF THE TUTION GRANT，可以让你先读书，在做工，这是NTU ,NUS 到我们学校开咨询talk的时候说的。。。。</P>

<P>我这倒是写过信给MOE，回答是肯定的： </P>
<P><FONT face=Tahoma>Dear xxxxxx, <BR><BR><FONT size=2>Students (non-Singapore Citizens) who are bonded have to meet the following deferment guidelines to defer their bonds for further studies either locally or overseas: </FONT></FONT><BR><FONT face=sans-serif size=2>i.        graduated with a Diploma of Merit; <B>or </B></FONT><BR><FONT face=sans-serif size=2>ii.        secured a scholarship or sponsorship for your further studies; <B>or </B></FONT><BR><FONT face=sans-serif size=2>iii.        male graduates who have been granted disruptions from national service. </FONT><BR><BR><FONT face=sans-serif size=2>For local university studies, if you do meet the deferment guidelines, you can apply directly to the University of your choice. If you have been successfully admitted, MOE will make arrangements for you to execute a Supplemental Agreement to allow you to defer your Tuition Grant (TG) bond. You need not apply for deferment direct to tuition grant section. If you receive further Tuition Grant for your studies in the local University, you will serve out the two bonds concurrently upon your graduation from the University. The period of employment before entering into the local University is not counted towards the discharge of the 2nd TG bond. As such, you will still be bonded for a period of 3 years after graduating from the University. </FONT></P>
<DIV><BR><BR><FONT face=sans-serif size=2>For polytechnic graduands who do not meet the deferment guidelines, they will need to complete the 3-year TG bond obligation or buy-out their bonds by paying the Liquidated Damages (LD) before they can pursue further studies at the local Universities (NUS / NTU / SMU). </FONT>
