批不批是人力部说的算吧  移民厅接到信才给批准的吧  据我所知

<P>２．申请ＰＲ说烦得不得了？什么事情不烦？特别是要有所改变的结果．主要是靠你之前要做好很多准备工作，努力读书，拿好成绩，申请ＥＰ／ＳＰ等，全是个人努力．
<P>３．如果楼主刚上私立没多久，如果又有国内高考成绩，建议考ＴＯＥＲＬ，ＳＡＴ，转ＳＭＵ吧．以后找工作，申请ＰＲ都相对容易很多．　</P>
