<P>EP holder cannot buy landed property. can buy private condo. but you can buy landed property in Sentosa according to the new regulations.</P>
<P>  If you invest over two million S$, then you can become PR. however, one million S$ can be used to purchase private house.</P>
<P>PR buyer cannot borrow house loan from HDB, but only from bank. only citizen can borrow house loan from HDB at concessionary rate which is 2.6% annum.</P>
<P>to buy a private property, now you only need to pay 10%, among which 5% is cash, 5% is CPF. If you have no CPF, then you got to pay 10% all in cash.</P>

<P>银行贷款现在公民和PR没有差别,PR只能从银行贷款,公民可以向HDB申请低利息贷款。</P>
<P>现在政府允许你向银行申请90%贷款,但是不要高兴得太早,因为90%贷款的利息比80%高一个百分点。</P>
<P>还有,如果是申请投资移民,要准备500万。</P>
