关于PR替妹妹申请长期的SVP-SP/EP/就业准证交流-新加坡狮城论坛

我是PR. 想申请妹妹过来这边待上几个月的时间，帮忙照顾孩子。看了ICA的网站，应该是申请social visit pass。

只是有几个问题还搞不清楚。希望处理过类似情况的朋友帮忙解答。

1. 是不是可以由我到ICA替她交表？看网站上有一段话，说申请人如果是女15-45岁，则需要在场证明其没有怀孕。这样是不是说一定要申请人自己去交表？那申请人还没到新加坡，又怎么自己云交表呢？

2. 现在还需要交押金吗？一般是多少钱？是批准了以后当场交，还是过几天再交？

3. 一般如果填一年，会批多久的？到期了能再延吗？purpose of visit填什么比较保险？

4. 拿了social visit pass，可以去上英语课还有poly开的短期课程吗？可以找工作吗？像去当家教之类的，应该是偷偷去做的吧？

多谢。其实这几个问题我已经写信去ICA问了，只是我怕他们会回答case by case什么的，所以来这里问问。。

给谁申请SVP都行，只是批准几率高低而已。如果是LTSVP就要求多多。

只能给父母办。你妹妹来，只能呆一个月。

好像不能给自己的直系兄弟姐妹办这些东西！只能给父母办！

果然如我所料，ICA回的email都是什么case by case, on individual cases own merits等等。

我还有一点不太明白，第一份application，是不是只是申请一个visa，然后延期的时候再申请social visit pass?根据ica的email，好象是先申请一个visa，过海关的时候，会根据ICA的人当时的心情来决定给你多长的social visitpass。如下
Visitorsare generally granted a short-term Social Visit Pass upon arrival if theyare able to meet our entry requirements, which include, holding a validpassport with at least six months validity, entry visas (if applicable),confirmed return/onward tickets, sufficient funds for the period of stayin Singapore and entry facilities, including visas, to their onward destinations.

由于是女生，需要证明没有怀孕，所以第一次不能直接申请visa和social visit pass，只能先拿个visa，到了再给social visit pass，是这样理解吗？
有关押金的问题，有谁知道现在还要求吗？
