Job Description

Responsible for Read Channel development for new products

Responsible for Read Channel characterization and development of optimization algorithm

Analyze system noise and channel performance

Develop power management algorithm

Perform failure analysis on failed drives during products launch




<p >Educational and Experience Requirement</p>

Strong fundamental knowledge of analog and digital electronics is a must</p>
<p>Knowledge in the area of Channel Coding and Error Control Coding will be an advantage</p>
<p>Experienced in advanced recording channel for disc drives and/or signal processing preferred</p>
<p>Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight project schedule</p>
<p>Independent with strong analytical skills, creative thinking and be self motivated</p>
<p>Degree/Master/PhD in Electronics Engineering</p>

Snr Servo Engineer

Job Description

Responsible for new products development at Singapore design center

To develop advance control algorithm for hard disc drive servo system

Servo-mechanic modeling, simulation and realization of prototype platform

To implement and maintain servo control algorithms, calibrations and servo related self diagnostic code

To troubleshoot, debug and analysis of fail drives during products launch



Education and Experience Requirement

Good knowledge in advance control theory and mechanical modeling

Working experience in implementing digital control algorithms

Experience in C/C++ programming

Working experience in digital and analog circuits design and troubleshooting

Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight project schedule

Independent with strong analytical skills, creative thinking and self motivate
