如你有朋友在香港，可以通过香港SMC公司申请，应该1－2万港币就可以搞定。另外，LPR需要你在新加坡找个工作才能真正获准，望有心理准备。

不加倍。夫妻俩只有一个人是主申请人，另外一个是附属申请人。
