Checklist
    You need to bring along the following when you apply for conversion of your foreign driving licence at any of the following driving test centre :
Singapore Driving Test Centre 3, Ang Mio Kio, St 62
Bukit Batok Driving Centre 815, Bukit Batok West Ave 5
Comfort Driving Centre 215, Ubi Ave 4
   
Result slip to prove that you have passed the Basic Theory Test
Passport
A matt/semi-matt finish passport-size colour photograph with white background
A fee of S$50.00
Entry Permit
Identity Card/Document
Valid qualified foreign driving licence.
A certification letter from the Licencing Authority on the date of test
Extract of driving licence record from the Licencing Authority if your licence does not have the date of first issue
An official translation of the driving licence if it is not in English
