<P>先恭喜您！其实像汇丰的外资国际银行，只要其他条件不错，是不是PR并不是关键性的条件，还是值得一试，而且离你新工作地点也不远，容易安排面试。</P>

哈哈, 17楼也是SIM的. 不是PR会很困难, 虽然是大公司, 不过对于这样的工作, 人力部那边很麻烦. 所以standard &amp; chartered 就完全不给办准证了.
