有没有现任华语老师在线？

<P>我拿到了教育部的offer.　教中学华语。</P>
<P>可是内部人员应该都知道，是有合约的这份工作。</P>
<P>it is a 3 years' bond.  And so far the information i gathered all show negative sign about teaching in S'pore. Eg. Singapore has a very regimental and competitive teaching and learning environment. I will be facing unreasonable and particular parents.  It is exam-oriented. And I will be requried to work long hours.</P>
<P>on the other hand, from the website i'm browsing, it seems to be a very positive thing. 12 weeks annual leave, plus 12 days urgent leave, MC, hospitalisatin leave, and chalet using @ discounted rates somemore. The pay is around the same range of a fresh grad in the job mkt. 2400 gross. with increment n bonus alined to. </P>

<P>well, i do love kids. But it will be a totally different story right? to love n to play with them v.s. to teach them. And well, secondary students will not be able to be considered kids anymore also?</P>

最好是特选学校,比如南华呀,什么的,会比较重视华文老师.

<P>我一个朋友去年底申请到的,据说分到不同的学校,待遇差别很大,而且工作量差别也很大.</P>

<P>呵呵,中学有中学的好处,小学有小学的好处.各学校要求不一样,当然老师的感受不同.工作量嘛个人觉得是国内的5倍,但适应了也就不觉得什么了.头半年比较难受,挺过去就好了.</P><P>祝你工作顺利</P>[em01]

<P>特选小学特别重视华文，所以特选的华文老师特别的累，因为特选的学生的华文也是特别的不好。</P>

很累是真的，小孩很顽皮，我有好几个新加坡同学现在做老师，讲起来简直要杀了他们的学生：）
不过待遇还可以，算是半个公务员，如果要进修，学校会给出钱（读硕士），假期也比较多。有利有弊吧
如果楼主是女孩子，我觉得还行，只要性格好，可以适应的。
