This is to inform you that the Ministry of Education has decided to increase AY2005 tuition fees for all polytechnic courses to meet rising costs.</FONT></P><P><FONT size=2>2. Polytechnic tuition fees have not been changed since AY 2001, although costs have increased annually.</FONT> </P><P><FONT size=2>3. To partially meet the increase in costs, the polytechnics will be increasing their tuition fees by $100 in AY 2005 to $2,050 for Singapore Citizens & Permanent Residents. Tuition fees for international students will increase by $105 to $2,255. At NYP, we will ensure that no student is denied the opportunity of a polytechnic education because of financial difficulties.
