<P>领事认证  may not be necessary.</P><P>They will charge u a lot. </P><P>For me, I did not do any 领事认证 for all my notarization. Got no problems till now.</P>

<P>所有原件不是英文的都需要翻译成英文，公证，然后还需要办理领事认证。</P><P>公证处可以代办领事认证的，或者去你所在省份的外事办领事认证中心。</P><P>公证在户口所在地公证处，领事认证是新加坡驻中国大使馆或者是领事馆。</P>
