<P>The company's name is BRP Management Associates Pte Ltd.  It is a licensed
recruitment agency specialising in the recruitment of foreign workers
(namely engineers, technicians, production operators,  quality inspectors,
specialists, chamber maids ).  It is also a management training company
offering in-company training programmes such as team-building, strategic
training, performance management performance, writing skills, speaking and
presentation skills and other interaction skills.

  It was founded in 1987.  It is an established name in the employment
market.  Being a service business, the staff members are professionals
skilled in recruitment and training.  Staff strength is 5 and the rest of
the staffing is amde up of part-time consultants, trainers.

  The management philosophy is to keep the business small but personable.  The
position  is a key position with potential for promotion to the
post of General Manager.  We are looking for a female university graduate,
preferably a Chinese national who is a PR or holding a dependent pass which
can be converted to work permit.  She must be fluent in Spoken and written
English.</P>
<P>Her job is to canvas for sales.  In this regard, she must be willing to
make cold calls, secure appointments, make sales presentations, conduct
market surveys,  build up her own clientele, travel with clients on
assignments if required.

  Starting salary is S$1500-00 - S$2000-00 per month.  If she meets sales
target, she will be awarded 10% commission off the total sales for the
month.  At the end of the year, she will also receive profit-sharing of a
further 10% of the net profit.  Gross salary can be up to S$5000-00 on a
good month.

  The qualities we look for are determination, patience and intelligence.
Honesty, hardworking attitude and a willingness to work with others are
equally important hallmarks of a person's character.
