part-time Chinese tutor near Pioneer

We have a Chinese tuition, 5 mins to Pioneer mrt. Pri1 boy, Chinese is quite bad, cannot even communicate.
Prefer 2 times a week, 1 hr each tuition.
Every Tue and Fri either  9am - 10am or 8pm - 9pm.
Father British mother Singaporean but not Chinese.
We offer 30-40/ hr depends on your experience and qualification.
English is compulsory!
