JOB DESCRIPTION: ADMINISTRATIVE EXECUTIVE
1. Attend to external queries.
2. Managing and arranging appointments.
3. Manage accounts for digital advertising for on-campus electronic board.
4. Invoicing and quotation preparation.
5. Maintain upkeep of client ads, account statements, invoice, media rates.
6. Generate expenditure report.
7. Maintain information on website.
8. Circulate information to staff when required.
9. Coordinate photo shoots for A&P material, source for talent, and venue.
10. Other filing and administrative tasks.
JOB DESCRIPTION: COURSE COORDINATOR1. Create and facilitate a classroom climate that is conducive to student learning.
2. Prepare course notes.
3. Prepare e-learning video
4. Manage registrations and intakes.
5. Follow-up with potential students via phone call.
6. Circulate information to course group members.
7. Respond to enquiries regarding the course.
8. Provide students with course syllabus that includes broad course objectives, course schedule, grading policy, expectations of academic integrity, policy for missed exams, etc
9. Maintain course information on web site or equivalent site.
10. Coordinate dissemination and collection of Student-Instructor Evaluations.
11. Monitoring applications, offers and enrolment numbers and related statistics
12. Other filing and administrative tasks.

1)具文字編輯能力,文章通順,資料收集。
