金文泰4+1组屋主人房出租，空调，冰箱，洗衣机，网络，主人房有自己的卫生间，床，桌子，衣柜。客厅很宽敞，有电视机，沙发，桌子。厨房地方宽敞，可煮。近地铁站，步行7分钟，很多巴士，交通非常方便。附近有商场，几个很大的超市，运动中心，联络所，食物中心等等，非常方便。屋内很干净，现有3人，都是专业人士，很好相处，没有屋主，大家都很随便。现寻一到两位爱干净人士同住。下周可以开始看房。谢谢。

Clementi HDB 4+1 master room for rent. It has air-conditionor, bed, table, wardrobe and own washroom inside the master room. The hall and pantry are spacious, got TV, table, sofa in the hall, and washing machine, fridge in the pantry, allow to cook.

The house is near clementi MRT station, 7 mins walking distance, and many buses are around, so that is pretty convenient. shopping centre, few big supermarkets, clementi sports hall, community centre, foodcourt etc are nearby too, thus all these make us life more easier.

The hourse is very clean, has 3 persons stayed inside the house currently, all professional and easy going. No owner.
