*Responsibilities:
1. Support Sales Manager in managing the sales account online;
2. Prepare and process sales orders, ensure delivery is effected as requested by customer;
3. Answer calling, respond to emails, handle sales enquiry, complain and follow up;
4. Any additional ad-hoc duties assigned by manager.
*Requirement
1.Relevant experience in e-business is preferred; 2.Familiar with computer and internet operation; 3.Meticulous and is able to work independently under time stress; 4. Ableto multi-task and meet deadline;
