Job Responsibilities:
- Attend to customers incoming calls
- Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries and complaints
- Deliver excellent customer service

Job Requirement:
- Min GCE ‘N’ levels
- No experience required
- Those with experience in call centre, customer service will be highly advantageous
- Able to start work immediately or within a short notice
- Able to work rotating shift including weekends and public holiday
- Only Singaporeans
