Dear All,

I am writingthis letter to thank my property agent Miss Zhang Lu who has helped me a lotwhen I am not in SG.

We are PRs and my parents own a HDB flat in Singapore. Sometimes we need to work all over the world.

Actually I knewher was through the internet advertisement, the time I worked in Taiwan and hadno time to take care of my father’s HDB flat in SG. We planned to sell it andtried to get help from Miss Zhang, she gave me a lot advice and information.She also started to find interested buyers for us, however the selling pricewas not meet our expectation. Then we decided to rent it.

Tenants havebeen confirmed very fast, Zhang helped us to do the decoration to satisfytenant. It’s not an easy job. All the locks, aircons need to be changed, she helpedus to find people to wash the floor also. After everything was ready and tenantmoved in, problems came again. They never pay the monthly rental on time,everytime Zhang helped us to remind them even when Zhang was travelling out ofSingapore. Somemore she also help us to pay the property tax and update thelatest HDB news to us.

Zhang is avery good property agent, she makes me feel comfort when I am overseas.

  我们全家离开新加坡那天，张女士又早早的开着自己的私家车在路边等我们，热情地把我们全家送到机场。在机场候机大厅和她依依惜别的一刹那，我感慨万千！新加坡房地产行业能有像张露女士这样的好中介真是这个行业的荣耀！她奉献给我们的服务看不到市场经济的商业逐利，能深刻感受到的只有慷慨相助、无限爱心和无私奉献！

In 2012, I planned to purchase one apartment in Singapore forthe convenience of my daughter’s future education there. Thereafter, I wasintroduced to Ms. Zhang Lu by one of my friends. Within the subsequent 10 days,Ms Zhang provided perfect services to me and my family. Her services are Warm,generous, professional and thoughtful. Moreover, she provided to me a lot ofhelps generously by her own costs. Her professional services made all of myactivities in Singaporeconvenient and efficient. Although the period with her was not very long, her spiritof helpfulness, dedication, customer-first and selflessness deeply touched me.Here, on behalf of my whole family members, I am sincerely sending thisappreciation letter to your company and to Ms. Zhang Lu.

At the very beginning of November 2012, afterI briefly described my requirements, Ms. Zhang took me and my wife to observevarious real estate showings by driving her own car. Ms. Zhang took me and my wife to a lot ofplaces by driving her own car. I tried to persuade her to receive my money forher car’s costs but she refused with smiles.Afterwards, I successfully purchased one apartment in Punggol region which isunder construction by The Qingjian Group. Subsequently, Ms. Zhang helped mecomplete all of the formalities by contacting law firm and banks. The whole process was completedefficiently since she is very familiar with the business and every detail hadbeen considered thoughtfully in advance.

On the day we leaving from Singapore, Ms.Zhang warmly picked us up from our living place and sent us to the airport bydriving her own car. At the parting moment in the airport terminal, Ms Zhangwished us well in the airport and a bon voyage. I was filled with emotion thatit is really great glory for the Singapore real estate industry tohave such a good Associate manager as Ms. Zhang Lu. From her services, we can’t see any intention of profit driving in this market economy society.The only we seen is the generous help to her customer and selfless dedicationto her work!
