We specialized in aircraft component (LRU), Maintenance, Repairs & Overhaul (MRO) services management.

Our group of companies are active stocklist and redistributor of new and overhauled commercial aircraft spares. We focus on both commercial and regional aircraft from Airbus, Boeing to Bombardier. Our sister company Aero Industries Pte Ltd is FAA 145 & CAAS 145 approved repair station.
Location : Jalan Pemimpin within walking distance from Marymount and Bishan MRT stations.

Sales Administrative Executive/ Sales Support Executive
Responsibilities:
  • Review customer's order from initial enquiry to order receipt, products delivery.
  • Preparation of documents, product certificates, D/O, Invoices, related shipping docs. Commercial invoice and packing list etc.
  • Monitoring the progress of orders undertaken to ensure timely completion.
  • Close follow-up and building good business relationship & rapport with customers
  • Provide sales and general administrative support to the Management.
  • Ensure response timeliness to customers’ enquiries
  • To consolidate sales, generate sales report and handle sales analysis
  • Assisting Sales Manager in the coordination of daily operation work and liaising with various departments to ensure delivery commitments to customer are fulfilled
  • To be responsible to work closely with the relevant companies to support all pre-sales and post-sales activities to ensure the delivery of excellent customer services to all Business clients
  • Multi-tasked and responsible to assignments delegated by management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree
  • With good Interpersonal/communication skills
  • Minimum THREE years relevant experience
  • Experience in Microsoft suite of products in particular Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Bilingual in English & Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking customers. Fluent in written Chinese preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with good team spirit, self-motivated and meticulous
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Must be able to commit and work overtime when necessary
  • Immediate availability or within short notice is preferred
  • Only Singaporean or Permanent Residence need to apply.
