Responsibilities(工作职责）:

- Estimate material requirements and costs, and present design to client for approval.

评估材料的要求和成本，展示设计给客户并满足客户要求。

- Confer with client to determine factors affecting planning interior environments, such as budget, architectural preferences, and purpose and function.

与客户商谈，并确定影响设计的因素，例如: 预算，较好的结构，以及目的和相关的功能。

- Advise client on interior design factors, such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings and equipment, and color coordination.

向客户提供合适的建议，例如：空间规划，布局，家具设备的利用以及颜色的搭配协调。

- To prepare sample boards, if necessary.

准备必要的样板

- To be able to use software like Microsoft Office, 3D Max, Autocad, Adobe Photoshop, Adoe Illustrator

能够精通和熟练的使用各种软件：Office办公软件；3D Max; AutoCad; Adobe  Photoshop, Adoe Illustrator

  Requirement（要求）:
  - At least 1 year in the relevant industry

至少1年相关工作经验

- Degree in Interior Design

室内设计学位专业或类似相关。

- Ale to communicate well in English & Both Writing

英语说写熟练，流利。

- Creative, knowledge of drafting procedure

具有创新意识，熟悉画图流程

Salary（待遇）：

- Basic salary: S$2000/month (薪水：2000新币/月);

- No OT payment (无加班费）；

- working hours: 48hrs/week; 6days/week,8hrs/day

（工作时间：48小时每周；8小时/天；每周6天）
