Ticketing Officers/Executives

Responsibilities:

·         Attend to call-in/walk-in/corporate customers in booking/issuing tickets

·         Provide an excellent level of customer service

·         Achieve team and individual sales targets

Requirements:

·         Customer-oriented, self motivated, team player

·         Good communication skills and bilingual (English and Mandarin as to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers)
