IELTS 7.5, network engineer 10+ year work experience in MNC as system architect, team lead, project manager,senior engineer,
Fluent english/mandarin, can take customer facing position.
Looking for senior network engineer jobs (techinical presale/support) with competitive package

My concern is the report that SG gov has tightened quota for foreign worker effecting 2012H2,
not sure if there will be virtually no chance to apply new EP for new job seeker like me.

Any one familiar with the recent EP policy please help. thanks a lot.
