Strictly no cancellation or change of order or delivery address is allowed. DEALshop is not responsible for failed delivery due to wrong/incomplete address provided.

The products and claimed features are as per information received by DEALshop from its partners. Although we have a rigorous process of checks and balances and try to offer reliable data, we cannot promise that the catalogues will always be accurate and up-to-date, and you agree not to hold our catalogue content providers or us responsible for inaccuraciesgchinesetalogues. We will not be held liable for any losses, damages or expenses incurred due to a purchase made on our site.
Delivery time may vary due to unforeseen circumstances; we will try our best to offer alternative solutions and keep you informed, whenever possible. Generally, unless stated in the product details, items will be delivered in 7 days latest (items bought in a single cart may be shipped separately).
Prices are determined by the respective merchants and we exercise no control over their pricing policy.
No agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created by this Agreement.
We do not transfer legal ownership of items from the seller to the buyer.
You permit us to make a final decision, in our sole discretion, on any claim that a buyer files report though our CRM team. Please email us with purchased, lost, exchange matters to [email protected].
DEALGURU Holdings Pte. Ltd. will not be held liable for any lost parcels / damaged items that are mailed out should the customer / visitor opt for normal mail delivery.
To claim the warranty, you have to return the item to DEAL Redemption Centre, together with the original packaging and everything that’s included in the box. Our warranty excludes fashion and beauty products due to hygiene reasons and only applicable for manufacturer defect. Depending on the products, warranty will be given in form of 1-to-1 exchange (only 1 time exchange is provided) or refund. Other method of warranty will be specified in the product page.
Additional discount given through discount code is not applicable with other promotions, discounts, offers, vouchers or privilege cards unless otherwise stated.
Mid-Day Madness: Limited stock and not applicable with other promotions, discounts, vouchers and other offers by credit or privilege cards. Customers are limited to 1 Mid-Day Madness product purchase on a first come first serve basis, while stocks last. DEALshop reserves the right to limit the number of orders per person and/or per household. DEALshop reserves the right to cancel any purchases that do not comply with these terms & conditions.
While we try and ensure that all prices and information on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price / information or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item to DEAL Redemption Centre in its original condition (this excludes intimates, undergarments and beauty products due to hygiene reasons), within 10 days from the shipping date. DEAL will return the product price minus the specified delivery fee in DEAL credits.
