About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive OperationsExecutive to join our growing team in the heavy equipment industry. This roleplays a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations, focusing on logisticscoordination, service technician scheduling, and site documentation.
KeyResponsibilities:

1.      Arrange and coordinate transportationfor heavy equipment to and from sites

2.      Schedule and dispatch servicetechnicians based on project needs

3.      Ensure all site documents and reportsare properly prepared, tracked, and filed

4.      Liaise with internal departments andexternal partners to support operational efficiency

5.      Monitor equipment status and maintenanceschedules

6.      Provide administrative support to theoperations team

7.      Liaise with Chinese Speaking Clients.

Requirements:

1.      Proven experience in operations orlogistics (experience in heavy equipment industry is a plus)

2.      Strong organizational and communicationskills

3.      Ability to handle multiple tasks andwork under pressure.

4.      Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERPor logistics software

5.      Diploma or Degree in BusinessAdministration, Logistics, or related field preferred
