Job Description: We are a professional corporate service provider seeking eligible Singapore citizens or PRs to serve as Nominee Directors for private limited companies to fulfill local statutory requirements.
该职位仅为法定合规用途，不涉及实际经营或法律风险。
This is a statutory compliance role only – no operational or legal risk involved.
主要职责：
Key Responsibilities:
- 仅以董事名义列示于公司注册资料中
- Act as named director in company records
- 不参与公司日常管理、运营或文件签署
- No involvement in daily operations, management, or document execution
- 不承担任何实际管理责任
- No managerial responsibilities assumed
任职要求：
Requirements:
- 新加坡公民或永久居民
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR)
- 无破产记录或刑事犯罪记录
- No bankruptcy or criminal records
- 接受背景审查
- Willing to undergo background checks
- 有商业、法律或财务背景者优先
- Business, legal or finance background preferred
报酬与保障：
Compensation & Protection:
- 每年服务费 SGD 3,000 – 5,000
- Annual service fee : SGD 3,000 – 5,000
- 需缴纳可退还的安全保证金（用于风险保障）
- Refundable security deposit required for risk protection
- 签署正式名义董事协议及免责文件
