4. 步行10分钟内，到boon lay mrt 和 jurong point shopping mall
5. 步行两分钟内，有ntuc foodfair 和 杂货店 还有7-eleven
6. 搭巴士也非常方便，前后都有巴士站，除了特定几辆巴士是去orchard和boon lay shopping mall（另外一边旧的商场），其余的巴士都通往mrt station/巴士总站
7. 靠近NTU大学
8. 已有床，书桌和超大的衣橱
9. 屋子很干净整洁的
10. 房租包含水电费和WIFI，有冷气但房租不包括冷气，需冷气请和房东详谈
11. 可以随时入住
12. 无中介费
