✨ Your Role
As our Front Counter Staff, you'll be the face of Golden 8! You'll:

Greet and assist guests warmly upon arrival
Handle table bookings and assign playing areas
Manage cashier duties (POS system, payments, membership)
Serve light food & beverages
Maintain a clean and welcoming counter area
Answer customer queries with a smile
✅ What We’re Looking For
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Basic English and Mandarin speaking preferred
Able to work evening or weekend shifts
Prior customer service experience a bonus — but not required!
