我公司招聘新加坡公民或PR， 目前有2个职位空缺，1个是单证跟单财务，2是高级船东会计师(本地政府大学会计毕业/ACCA/poly)

Senior Vessel Accountant   1个空缺

Job Scope

l  Manage and handle tanker/ vessels’ full set of accounts.

l  Preparation of budget, forecast, cash flow vessels and Assist in thereview and other accounting issues if required.

l  Liaise with external auditors for all audit issues.

l  Liaise with external tax agent regarding all tax related issueswithin Singapore.

l  Reviews expenditure reports received from Third Party Managers andhighlights significant variances.

l  Prepares ad-hoc reports for Management information on Cost andexpenditures, etc.

l  Other business and support work.

QUALIFICATION/ EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in full time study inSingapore major in finance / accountancy / ACCA /Local Poly/ equivalent

• 3 years’ work experience in vessel or maritimeindustry. Good understanding of cost treatment for various types (New Building/ Bare-Boat / Insurance / Dry-Docking / Other capex projects in tanker or gasvessel)

•knowledge Singapore FRS to ensureappropriate recording of transaction in marine/shipping industry

• Preference to prior experience in SAP software

KNOWLEDGEAND SKILLS

•Effectively bilingual in English andChinese (both spoken and written) to liaise with the English & Chinesespeaking associates.

• Able to work independently and as a team

• Meticulous, inquisitive and attention todetail

2. Job Description——Finance Executive 1个空缺， 欢迎在各大钢厂或铁矿石，煤贸易商的单证投简历。

【KeyResponsibilities】

1.    The review and communication of the company'sraw material procurement letter of credit and SBLC related its settlementbusiness;

2.    Daily fund related AP &AR bookkeeping.

3.    Ensure interest on loans are prepared inaccordance with the contract.

4.    Prepare loan compliance documents.

5.    Manage the cash flows and deposit;

6.    Handle business related to bank accounts;assist on bank reconciliation and month end GL

7.    Optimize and improve the internal fundcontrol process;

8.    Other business and support work.

【KeyRequirements】

1.    University degree with Finance or Accountant majoror related.

2.    3 years handling LC and SBLC in internationalcommodities trading house

3.    Familiar with UCP600 and ISBP

4.    Strong communicate skills and problem solvingskills.

5.     Familiarwith main international settlement methods, in particular of letters of credit,etc.

6.    Familiar with ERP system (e.g. SAP)
