需要负责仓库管理系统，客户管理，项目管理，发票管理，文件管理。偏向行政供应链管理等。
要求: 中英文流利，有多年行政管理经验，项目协同经验。新加坡人及PR可申请。

Project Coordinator

✅Responsibilities

Inventory Management
-Maintain accurate records of all warehouse inventory.
-Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed to meet demand.
-Implement inventory control procedures to minimize errors and losses.
-Coordinate with warehouse staff to organize and optimize storage space.

Vendor Coordination
-Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors to ensure cost-efficiency.
-Communicate effectively with vendors to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues.
-Evaluate vendor performance and provide feedback to ensure quality and reliability.

Project Coordination
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute projects efficiently.
-Create project timelines, allocate resources, and track progress.
-Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
-Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Invoice Management
-Review, process, and track project-related invoices.
-Ensure accuracy and compliance with budgetary guidelines.
-Communicate with finance and accounting teams for timely payment.

Reporting and Documentation
-Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, vendor performance, and project status.
-Maintain accurate documentation related to inventory and vendor transactions. Analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications
-ITE or above qualifications (related field preferred).
-Proven experience in inventory management and project coordination.
-Strong negotiation and communication skills.
-Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
-Proficiency in using inventory management software (LN) and MS Office Suite.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-Knowledge of supply chain principles and vendor management best practices.
