Chef De Partie | West | Up $3500

- Location: Clementi

- 6 off per month 8am-5pm

- Salary: $3000 - $3500

Responsibilities:

- Assists executive chef in preparation and creation of menus

- Maintain high level of food presentation and standard food quality according to standard operating procedure

- Maintain & proper stock for the smooth running of operations

- Upkeep hygiene & cleaning of kitchen section

Requirements

- At least 1-year relevant experience in catering will be an added advantage

- Able to commit long working hours, weekend and public holidays

- Singaporean only
