HR Recruiter人事招聘专员 Responsibilities *Using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline *Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives *Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc *Assist with daily recruitment matters, Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, *Carry out screening, qualifying, shortlisting of potential candidates in accordance of employment requirements *Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process *Conducting background verifications, reference checks in preparation of potential employment opportunities *Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiationg employment terms *Assisting in onboarding exercise for new employees
Requirements Excellent command of the both Mandarin and English language (verbal, written and read) is required. Strong communication skills: verbal, written, and interpersonal Self-starter with high energy level. At least 1 years of HR and recruitment experience is preferred. Only Singaporeans or Singapore PR need to apply.
