Job descriptionJob Description:
1. In charge of company overall operations (HR, IT, Finance, Logistics, Maintenance/ Service), provide administrative and personal assistant support to Director directly.
2. Calendar management for Director.
3. Coordination and communication between support and business functions.
4. Updating of company profile.
5. Organization of fiscal documents.
6. Liaise with clients, quoting to clients and following up for Maintenance, Services & Box sales.
7. Order stationery and equipment for the office & groceries for the pantry.
8. Scheduling of installation work at clients’ offices with subcontractors.
9. In charge of recruitment – job posting on portals, filtering of resumes, interview arrangement and making offers to candidates.
10. Handle employees’ queries
11. Payroll management, including tabulation of accrued employee benefits, processing of employees’
claims (approx 10 headcounts)
12. Planning of in-house events such as Chinese New Year Dinner, 7th Month Praying, Christmas Party and employee engagement activities.
