Job Position: SecurityGuard (Jurong Area)

WorkingHours: 7:00AM-3:00PM (6 working days a week) – Day Shift

                            3:00PM-11:00PM (6working days a week) – Night Shift

                             11:00PM-8:00AM (6 working days a week) – OvernightShift

Salary:Day Shift: $1400

            Night Shift: $1400

            OvernightShift: $1400 + $300(Overnight shift allowance)

JobDescription

·        Operate basic securityequipment

·        Screening people / staff /vehicle seeking entry

·        Respond & reportincidents

·        Coordinate and respond toemergency situation such as fire, safety hazards, threats to property

·        Be vigilant at all times toidentify any suspicious person, parcel or vehicles by noting theircharacteristics and alert facility manager

·        First point of contact towelcome and provide assistance to customers and visitors

·        Provide directions todrive-in customers in a courteous and professional manner

·        Perform regular patrols ofthe Company's premises and report any abnormalities observed, make sure alllights and aircon are shutdown properly after work.

·        Conduct regular securitychecks to ensure that only authorized persons or vehicles are allowed entryinto the Company's premises

·        Issue appropriate passes forentry to the Company's premises and provide directions to customers to thedesignated places

·        Manage in-coming vehiclesand direct them to designated parking areas

JobRequirements

·        Have more than one year of relevant experience

·        Security license

·        Fluent in English and Chinese

工作描述

•操作基本的保安执勤设备

•检查寻求入境的人员/员工/车辆

•响应和报告紧急事件和事故，协调和应对紧急情况，如火灾，安全隐患，财产威胁

•时刻保持警惕，注意任何可疑人员、包裹或车辆的特征，并汇报给行政经理

•礼貌和专业的对需要提供帮助的客户和访客提供协助

•定期巡视公司厂区，并报告发现的异常情况，确保厂区内所有灯光和冷气在工作时间外处于关闭状态

•定期进行安全检查，确保只有授权人员或车辆可以进入公司的场所

•签发适当的通行证给客户进入公司场所，并向客户提供前往指定地点的指引

•管理进入的车辆，并引导他们到指定的停车场
