Responsibilities
* Handle full set of accounts independently. (AR/AP/GL)
* Prepare & submit GST returns quarterly.
* Generate invoices to customers.
* Prepare and update payments to Vendors.
* Send out the monthly statements of accounts to customers.
* In charge of fixed asset register & monthly depreciation.
* Prepare timely and accurate financial & management reports monthly to Management.
* Provide general administrative support and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
* Must be able to handle full set of accounts independently. (AR/AP/GL)
* Knowledge of Work In Progress (WIP) preferred.
* Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
* Required language(s): English,
* At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in full sets of accounts prefered.
* Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
* Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
* Possess of Million Accounting System knowledge is an added advantage.
* Able to communicate with Mandarin. |
