Accounts Assistant
*5 working days per week (9am-6pm)
Responsibilities:
- Reporting directly to the Account Executive of an accounting firm, the candidate will provide general administrative support to the Account Executive. It would include the following core areas:
· Bookkeeping
· Assist the Account Executive in areas of, administration (maintain file listing, filing, typing, scanning, updating of incorporation documents, redirection of mail etc)
· Arrange and/or make trips to some necessary places for documents delivery or verification.
· Lodge basic ACRA forms such as Annual Return, Extension of Time, Change of Officers and Particulars etc.
· Perform other general ad-hoc administrative duties when assigned by the Account Executive.
Requirements:
· Minimum ITE/ Diploma/ Degree qualifications, whether it is related to the aforementioned responsibilities.
*Candidates with relevant experience in a professional service firm such as a law firm or an accounting firm will be advantageous.
· Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
· A team player who is also hardworking, responsible and possesses a positive attitude.
