Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Handle and manage the full eCommerce operation/activities (Campaign management, ensuring the functionality of the website, fulfilment of orders, delivery status).

2. To create digital Ads to enhance Sales.

3. Coordinate with varies Platform managements

4. Post products & promotion on varies Platforms.  Ensure that all postings are correctly posted.

5. Manage eCommerce customers’ enquiries and review social media comments.

6. Consolidate & submit weekly Sales Performance Reports.

7. Oversees day to day operations inclusive of logistic related matters etcs.

Requirements:

1.  At least 1 year of relevant working experience preferred.

2. Degree or Diploma Holders with a experience managing E-commerce platforms such as Amazon/Redmart and Shopee. Experience in data analytics, search/SEO, reporting, social media advertising.

3. Knowledge on Google Analytic is preferred.

4.  An energetic and enthusiastic individual who is open to new challenges.

5. Self-motivated, dedicated, good team player, and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

6. Bilingual with proficiency in Mandarin and English.

7. Singaporean and PR only.
