【Main Duties】

• Handling customers' questions via LIVE CHAT and Email
• Providing excellent customer support by answering incoming calls from customers
• Looking to identify process improvements to improve overall satisfaction
  
  

【Skills and Qualifications】

• Mother tongue English language skills
• Experience in customer service will be good
• Good at Microsoft office applications(e.g. Excel, Word, Power point etc.)
• Good verbal, interpersonal and written skills
