大家好，我想为我们家的普通房找一个室友。入住时间6月1号。我也是租客，不是二房东。
一年租约，1200每月，水电网，清洁费大家均摊。
房间只招一个人住。整间房三个卧房，总共就住三个人。我和另个室友都是上班族，生活习惯良好。
家是空间很大的那种公寓，有很大的客厅和饭厅空间，还有小阳台。有两个储物间。
可以做饭，可以有过夜的朋友。
公寓叫the regalia。在river valley乌节路这里算是交通方便的，楼下就是巴士站。离锁美塞10分钟走路，robertson quay4分钟走路，离china town坐车15分钟，三站公交就是福康宁市心公园。
