- Sourcing for manufacturers,suppliers, vendors, and products

- On-site Management

- Knowledge of Contract / TenderDocument Administration

- Assist Project Manager /Director in project tendering, On-site Execution to Completion.

- Min. 1 Year relevantexperience relevant work experience

- Independent, Resourceful& able to perform under pressure.

- Candidate must possess atleast a Professional Certificate / NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/GraduateDiploma in Architecture, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Industrial),Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others), Arts, Painting, Sculpting,Interior Design, or equivalent.

- At least 1 year of workingexperience in the related field is required for this position.

- Preferably Executivesspecializing in Civil/Construction/Structural/Mechanical, Architecture/InteriorDesign/Arts/Painting/Sculpting or equivalent.
