会计公司招会计行政助理,全职,公民/PR/家属准证/马来西亚人
每周工作5天, 工作地点在Payalebar
薪水$2500-$3500

Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities·
Manage all HR related activities
· Maintain employee information, leave records
· Submit / Renew application via EPOL / WPOL
· Application and submission for government grant / subsidies
· Liaise with Insurance Agent on renewal of policies, update employee records.
· Assist in marketing, purchasing and logistic activities.
· Co-ordinate with other department in relations to delivery & sales matters
· Booking of flights, hotels, transport for visitors / staff when required
· Handle incoming and outgoing mails, couriers
· Support any ad-hoc assignments
Requirement:
1. At least two experience as an HR assistant or relevant HR / Admin position will be an advantage
2. Computer literacy is essential
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Word / Excel is preferred
4. Basic knowledge of MOM’s regulations
5. Meticulous, responsible, organized, detail oriented and willing to learn
6. Able to handle multi-task duties
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skill
