顯示Only the permanent resident applicant is able to complete the health declaration ， 是有戲還是沒有戲呀？

代表当下还没有被批准的迹象，但不代表之后不会被批准。

您从显示这段话到有ref no 用了多久呀

只要PR申请没有被批准，进入CPF就会是“Only the permanent resident applicant is able to complete the health declaration”
一旦ICA在系统里批准了你的PR，进入CPF health declaration就会出现ref no.，查询系统一两天后也会由pending变为approved
所以从那段话到出现ref no.就是你从提交申请到被批准的时间，显然因人而异

哦， 是这样呀。 我以为you are not a CPF member是一部分， 然后Only the permanent resident applicant is able to complete the health declaration 又是一部分~
