Not only is this global leadership program developing great teaching professionals who are passionate about K-12 Education, but will be future leaders in the Education Technology industry. By joining the Think Academy team, you will enter a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a team-oriented, customer-first mindset. You must be able to work with diverse teams to design, build, and roll-out our curriculum-related educational products that embody TAL’s vision and strategy.

What You Will Do:
· Entrepreneurship: Join TAL's first team to enter the Singaporean education market and fully commit to this start-up organization, building from the ground up. Prepare and train to become a core business leader for TAL in the future.
· Marketing and Product Operations: Design and develop marketing programs to attract target users through online and offline marketing channels. Establish high-quality online and offline communities to expand our brand awareness and nurture potential targeted groups. Conduct market research and analysis to provide user feedback and product requirements.
· Mathematics Teaching: Teach mathematics in person and online. Build great learning experiences. Track student performance. Provide excellent customer service and actively communicate with parents.
· Business Engagement: Join one of the major business tracks based on your interests and strengths and develop as a future business leader.
· Curriculum Development: Research the local education system and carry out systematic curriculum development based on user needs. Deliver teaching and class materials and iterate curriculum design according to user feedback.
· Teaching Management: Design and develop the interactive teaching process to maximize student learning results. Design classroom interaction and individual learning plans for students to assure learning outcomes. Design and deliver teacher training programs to achieve consistent teaching quality and outcomes. Coordinate with other teams, including Curriculum Development and Product Management, to provide better learning experiences for students and better teaching experiences for teachers.
