Job Description

JOB ROLES:

Fulfilling the Staffing needs for Clients (Hotel, Retail & Other Industries applicable)

· Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and job matching with potential pool of client.

·

· Briefing the candidates about the responsibilities, groom standards, salary and benefits of the job.

· Liaise with the hotels, F&B outlets to arrange work schedules for casual labors.

· Recruitment of a pool of staff to be outsourced to our clients.

· Maintain and develop relationships with our clients to increase our business.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Excellent interpersonal and communications skills

· Strong sense of responsibility

· Able to work in a fast-paced environment

· Able to work on Saturdays (one off day on the weekday)

· Singaporeans/PR/Malaysian citizens/LTVP holders may apply.

Qualification

.面试和评估潜在的申请者及客户要求之间的匹配程度

.向面试者阐明工作职责、工作标准以及薪水福利等方面的内容

.与酒店、餐厅或零售店铺保持良好的互动来确保工作时间表的及时确认和更新

.确保工人准确无误地被安排到合适、适当的工作地点

.保持与客户的良好关系，以求不断地发展、增加每周的订单和和业务量
