各位好:本人在组屋楼下租了个小店铺,做点小生意,可是不知道需要申报什么手续.
有知道的请告诉一下,谢谢

说实话,新加坡的网购还是很不流行,跟国内完全没得比

首先，你在租房得时候，合约中或者发展商（HDB），会说明用途得。比如office, light industry, 零售，饮食等。。。如果跟用途不符合，要去URA申请，不过这个是房东要做得。
