Job Description:

The Operator operatesmachines and performs operational housekeeping work while adhering closely tostandard work instructions and organisational procedures in a clean roomenvironment. He/She operates machines in accordance with operationalprocedures. He/She conforms to management system requirement by ensuringproduct and process meet quality standards.

The operator contributes to productivity improvement and is responsible fortaking corrective action on his/her own initiative. Above all, he/she needs toperform rotating shift work in accordance with work disposition records.

While performing the work activities, he/she must be able to interpretoperation manuals and procedures. He/She must have team spirit and be able tointeract effectively with others to achieve production and quality targets,while complying with workplace safety and health requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

To operate Optical Coating Machine (PVD)
Machine maintenance & repair
Ad-hoc duties

Job Requirements:

Know how / have experience to operate Optical Coating machine (PVD) perferably Optorun machine.
Basic machine maintenance
Know how to use Spectrophotometer
Conduct periodic checks on final products.
Correct product or process to meet quality standards.
Keep records of defective final products.
Maintain cleanliness of machines during and after each shift.
Operate network interface to monitor machines.
Seek opportunities for improvement and taking corrective action on his/her own initiative.
Able to read simple English
