不可煮（可以煮泡面，蒸热食物），不可抽烟

There is a coffeeshop downstair. 2mins walk to wet market, Fairprice & Hawker centre, 10mins walk to chinese garden MRT. Sport complex & swimming pool is nearby.
No cooking is allowed except cooking of instant noodles, steaming / making hot cooked food. No smoking, pets is allowed.
Must maintain cleanliness to the room, toilet & common areas.
