I personally like to keep clean and quite.

I am looking for a room rental below $500 includes utilities bill for myself. I will be cooking for everyday. I only cook with boiling/steaming, no fried. Wifi is a must, but A/C is optional to me as long as the room is not facing hot sun in the evening.
